Danish company Carsoe specialises in fish processing systems and has seen its share of the market expand significantly, having tendered successfully for six out of seven contracts for shrimp trawlers since 2015.

Carsoe CEO Mikkel Jacobsen is confident of winning just as many orders in the coming twelve months.

We also keep a constant focus on giving our customers a second to none service both during the project phase but also during operation. Our reputation as a responsive and reliable supplier means we work with the same customers for decades,’ he said.
